We look at lots of comings and goings in the week’s Moviecast. Wonder Woman 2 is getting a treatment as Patty Jenkins is all but confirmed as director. Meanwhile Han Solo loses its directorial team mid-shooting. Simon Kinberg will direct the Dark Phoenix Saga, but guess which X-Men movie he wrote for in the past? Screeners are out for Game of Thrones, but John Wick is in for a TV series. Finally, did Daniel Day Lewis retire from acting again?

One week out of E3 and we still have a bunch of news coming out.  IO Interactive is fully independent and retains ownership of Hitman.  Shadow of War won’t allow you to replay failed missions, Rocket League crossplay will make Switch users sign into an Xbox Live account, and the writer of Mass Effect 1 + 2 is working on the story of Anthem.  Lastly, we get ANOTHER leak of Shadow of the Tomb Raider.  Is this Lara’s last chance?  Lastly, we go over the NPD sales of video games in the month of May!

It’s Christmas time for video game fans everywhere!  That time of the year we all (or most of us) look forward to for everything gaming related, E3 is finally upon us!  We’ve already done individual bonus rounds for each of the big three but on our regular show we briefly go over all the companies that had an individual conference.  Who won?  Who failed?  What games are we looking forward to for the rest of the year and beyond?  It’s all that and more!

It’s the final countdown to E3 2017!  Hopes and dreams will either be met or crushed in just a few short days!  We start off by talking about the Nintendo Pokemon Direct and the betrayalton of no new mainline Pokemon game on the Nintendo Switch.  Firing up after that, a Sony executive asks why anybody would want to play PS1 and PS2 games these days!  Capcom reaches for the low hanging fruit with a Mega Man Legacy 2 Collection to no one’s surprise.  And lastly, we briefly go over our own personal predictions for the show from the big three!
