Hey Everyone!  Corey usually writes up these little intro's but he had his birthday on our recording day so you get Jim!  This week we go off our normal rhythm and start with some comic talk. We are back! For some reason last weeks recording decided to take a giant crap and would not open. So we cram two weeks of news into this episode whhich include JJ Abrams directing Star Wars Episode 7, Paul Giamatti to play Rhino, and who is really going to be in the Justice League movie. Also, Nintendo announces a slew of new games, THQ auction results, and Crytek opens new studio. Plus one of us saw Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunters and you might be surprised they actually liked it. All this and The Following distraction that gives us our title.

Hey you guys! We have returned with an all new podcast. This week we have a couple video game movies getting writers, Zack Snyder is not doing a Star Wars film, and Die Hard is rated R! As for games PS3 passes Xbox 360 in world wide sales, WB is registering a bunch of Batman Arkham domains, and Disney goes for that Skylanders cash. Plus a lot of comic book talk in the what we've been up to segment and Tony joins us late.

Whats up everybody!? 2012 has come and gone and now we can look forward to whats to come in the new year, like Sin City 2 casting Josh Brolin and Joseph Gordon Levitt, Guillermo Del Toro to direct DC's Dark Universe, and Michael Bay picks Jack Reynor to star against Mark Wahlberg in Transformers 4. Plus THQ is having a fire sale, Nvidia announces handheld game device, Marvel is getting a Lego game, Pokemon y/x worldwide launch, and 8 is the next Xbox's magic number.

Now that the crazy shopping weekend is over its time to get back to whats really important....the latest AYCG Podcast of course! This week wasn't the busiest week for news but we did learn that Joseph Gordon Levitt may return for Batman in the JLA movie, Waterworld just might be back as a TV show, and Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan will both reprise their roles for the new X-Men movie. Also, we aren't the only ones calling Sony "Junk", the Wii Mini is happening, and Bungie's next game 'Destiny' looks quite ambitious.
